Spire Counselling offers general counselling and psychotherapy to clients at a reasonable cost. Counsellor Matthew Tevlin has worked successfully with a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, addiction, emotional difficulties, relationship issues and domestic abuse to name just a few. My counselling is underpinned by the Humanistic & Integrative approach. This relational approach values the development of a relationship between counsellor and client based on trust, non-judgement and mutual respect. I draw upon other theoretical approaches depending on the issues and needs of the client. Creating a safe and comfortable environment where my clients can explore their issues and work towards finding solutions is paramount to my practice. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I hold a BA in Psychology, a post-graduate Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Practitioners Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I currently work in private practice and have discreet and comfortable space in Kells and Navan. The fee for each session is €40.
