Durnin pumps is a privately owned family run business focused entirely on the Installation & Service of Water Pumps and Filtration Systems to their customers in the North East. We also stock a range of Piping, Hosing and Fittings to cater for the domestic and industrial markets. Agents for leading Pump Manufacturers: Pedrollo, Zenit, Wilo & Dab. As a family-run business, you can be sure to receive our personal attention at all times. Joe & Eileen Carney founded the business formerly known as Joe Carney Pumps in 1A Hill Street, Dundalk on the 3rd May 1993. The business flourished and his brother, Paddy & Sister-in-Law, Mary, joined the business in April 1999, until they took it over in May 2000. The business was then known as Paddy Carney Pumps & Plumbing. In time, Paddys' Son-in-Law Ivor also became involved in the business and due to the sudden passing of Paddy took over the business in July 2003 when it became known as Durnin Pumps Ltd. Ivor, the current owner, learned his trade from Paddy, Mary & Joe. They moved from 1A Hill Street in 2008, to their current location Brooke Street, Ardee Road, Dundalk.
