Our abattoir offers private animal processing to livestock producers and butchers who want their lambs and cattle slaughtered. Animals are slaughtered individually in a calm atmosphere, which minimises any stress for the animal, and ultimately improves the quality of the end product. Our facility boasts two large cold storage units and a deboning hall if further processing or cutting is required. Our licensed abattoir (EC2875) is well located only 2.4 km from Athenry Livestock Mart. We are fully compliant with all EU directives with regard to slaughtering and traceability.
